Lookin real good there buddy. If I didn't know better, I woulda thought you stole some of my butts!icon_smile.gif . It would suprise me if you could get 3 butts to go without a plateau!PDT_Armataz_01_06.gif Hope the chucks turn out good for ya, that cut looks a lil different from the rolls I use, but we'll see, I hope they work out well, they sure looked good.

Well, the plateau's have set in I think. One of the chucks is stuck on 185*. The other one was 8* behind and has zoomed up to 186*

Only have three therms (plus one for smoker temp), so only have one butt probed (keep yer thoughts clean...). It is at 171*. Looks like I'm up for a little while more...

got that butt-scoring thing from you!

The chucks were one of two types of chucks available. The others looked more like big blobs of fat with some meat...

Ken its all looking great. I hope eventually I can get my lang turning out Q like that I may actually get to play with it this week.

all the time. If you use a rub, it allow for more surface area for the rub to reach, more smoke penetration also.
