22lb Bird Fly's in w/ QVIEW

Started off on the pig sticker in the picture and the wood caught a big flame so I had to reach in and grab it out of there cause it was on fire. The edges got seared along with the hair on one of my arms lol --- moved it right over to the pan with a liter of apple juice and bottle of sam adams oct fest inside. The searing didnt matter, it cooked for the next 5 1/2 about and came out great, lil dry not bad on the breast but gravy man fixs all, with the gravy juicy smoky and freakin tasty,,,, oh used a mix of hickory chunks and apple chips.

peppercorn garlic gravy,,, I dont know what it is about the peppercorn n garlic kick im on but if ur going to eventually go u myaswell enjoy the ride for as long as possible....

Got the quickview going for ya but the site only lets u do 10 pics and I had 15 in there so I took 5 out but u can still click the link and view em all

man. i just sat out a chicken to pop in the brinkman. looking at that has my mouth watering. very nice job. looked browned very nicely and juicy on the inside. awesome pics. thanks for sharing.PDT_Armataz_01_37.gif
