Beef Ribs Great Start to a Great Weekend

Going to do some Beef Ribs this today we fired up the smoker and the fire pit around 11AM to get everything ready. Yesterday we started off with pulling the membrane from the ribs then marinating them in some spices and Stubs steakhouse marinade. There those bad boys sat in the fridge until this morning right before putting them on the smoker. Here is a small taste for now until I can upload the rest.

Hope everyone else has a great weekend and GO SKINS!

Nice rack! Can't wait to see how they turn out. I have never been a big fan of beef ribs, but after seeing a lot of the beef rib Qview here in SMF, I am thinking I may have to try some soon....

I am doing a 3-2-1 but will play it by ear. Here are a few more qview for those taste buds.

I got two racks one rack I cut up into two per rib and wrapped in bacon, going to see how that works.... The other rack is a whole rack.

Running around 210-225 with oak/cherry.

you can do them that way, but since 3-2-1 really kinda over cooks pork, it will do it also with Beef. Remember how you like your steak. I prefer a medium rare so apply that to your Beefies. i like a total of 4 to 4 1/2 hours for beef ribs, so break it down to something like 2- 1.5- 1
