this pork loin is my first one on this site. i smoked with hickory chips. pineapple topped. one i had habanero rings sliced under the pineapple. i like a touch of heat on mine.probably one of my favortie smoking meats is pork loin. this was a while back. had in my pic archives. im really looking forward to being active here. this is a real intrest of mine and want to share as well as learn.

well i have no idea how to make it into a lil highlighted word. like this lol.? some jalapeno peppers stuffed with sausage cream cheese and topped with bacon. this was for a test.

Nice pork loins. My favorite for pulled pork when I used to be able to get it was whole bone-in pork loins.

that big one was a zuchinni. I Had Some Left Over Sausage Cream Cheese Mix And I Scooped Out The Seeds From A Zuchinni And Filled It And Topped With Motzerella Cheese. It Was Awesome.

thanks all for the welcome. i look forward to sharing and smoking with ya all. ive been on a fishing foureum for 5 years now and this is as much a hobby as fishing. ive been a cook since i was in my teens.
