10# butt nicely coated with my memphis rub and on the iron for 15 .5 hrs @ 230 +/- and it pulled its self...well, almost

about 8 hrs in

pulled @ 207*

the nights acomplishments apple smoked sharp cheddar and a pizza fatty

It filled the cookie sheet with liquid while it was sitting on the stove, and still was dripping while i pulled it.
