Was going to smoke some chicken wings to have during the football game tonight. Well, took the package out and they turned out to be legs. Hmm, maybe I said to buy legs instead of wings. Oh well, change of plans a little. I'll save the sauce for latter. Put a little Kicken Chicken rub on them and in the smoker at 260-270 with a little hickory. At about 160* took them off and on the grill and mopped with a sweet glaze for about 15 min. Had to try one. Nice and juicy and crispy skin. Don't care who wins tonight, just want to watch some football.
