Was in walmart looking for a flat, (found a nice 9.75# one) and walked past the pork section and this butt jumped into my cart. That kinda thing is happening more and more lately. Got it rubbed and ready then onto the pit at about 4:30. No mustard this time. Just my rub without the chili powder. Applewood starting out then going with hickory later.
