Sam's has two type of large beef type roasts...one is labled "Beef Loin BNLS Sirloin Butt" and the other is "Beef Round Sirloin Tip Roast Cov" is either of these a good cut to smoke?

Never smoked either but the sirloin butt is an awsome piece of meat. I have slow cooked them in the oven though. That is where the top butt steaks comes from.

Also what are you going to do? Slice rare, med rare, or pull?
Sirloin for slicing, round for pulling, and it might be dry.
