Here are a few pics from Tuesday and Wednesday smoke. I have tried something a little dif for the spritz since I had no apple juice. I used equal parts of honey, ammeretto and hot water. The smell of this was great, Could hardly taste it, but I didn't use more than 3 oz. of it. I didn't want to over power. Next time I will use more. The butt went in at 4:30 am and was taken out at 2:30pm.
