Sunday a few (14) poker players showed up at my house for some Holdem and Smokem. Brisket, Butt, Turkey,Sausage, slaw, beans, hashbrown casserole, roasting ears, and more were on the menu. I won't go into great detail because pretty standard stuff except this time I injected the brisket and was best I every did. Two types of pork one with finishing sauce and one without got about equal revues. None went hungry to say the least.

It was a tourney style game. Shooter took 1st of 3 places. The total purse was 280.00 . Had a great day. Those that over ate pretty much just got lathargic and went out early leaving Shooter and 5 more at final table. Smokin was my edge!
