Hi folks! My names Geoff, I live in Colorado. I joined these forums on the 29th of july. I've been smoking food for around 5 years. Until recently I've only stuck to smoking basic stuff. ie burgers, steak a few veggies here and there. But I've decided to expand my horizons. So I'm sure I'll be popping in the forums asking for peoples suggestions from time to time.

Well I was aiming to try a tequila lime Turkey breast tenderloin. I posted a thread about it already. http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/for...ad.php?t=21062

I guess I'm kinda 'scared' per say, about trying new things. lol Another added issue i've been dealing with is I use an electric smoker now, so everything's a bit diffrent. I'm still adjusting to it.

Colorado rocks! Some people perfer the ocean, I perfer mountains! I was born in Chicago below sea level and live almost a mile high now. I perfer keeping my feet dry!
