All I have left to post after this are the pics from the party I "catered". I say "catered" because all I did was provide the meat. Didn't even have to bring my own beer, and he gave me $20 more than I charged him! The party pics should be up tomorrow night, I didn't bring a camera but a friend there took pics of everything for me.

This is all 4 pulled butts that I'm selling to my office mates - Got EXACTLY, and I mean to the ounce, 18 lbs of prepared from 32.3 lbs of raw for a yield of 55.7%

Thanks again to all who viewed and enjoyed my maiden voyage! I don't anticipate anything of this scale again till October (Jerry?). The Lang really was almost a set-it-and-forget-it rig. If it wasn't for opening up to spritz, this letting the heat out, I think I could have gone a good three hours at times without touching the firebox or dampers.
