Hi guys.

Been smoking for a dozen years or so. Mostly self taught. Mostly pork shoulders and ribs. Looking to try some new things.

Using a Great Outdoors Grill gas fired model now.

Looking for a trailer model for my fishing club to use for events.

Welcome to the SMF, nothing like a fisherman who smokes...

Well heck , I live in San Rafeal ! Thought a boat took out part of the pier. Maybe fixed now. Unfortunatly , I have never been able to eat anything that lives in its own toilet !

Welcome to the forum Big Wayne, glad to have you aboard and looking forward to your input.

We have 3 chickens in the back yard BTW. About the only thing they don't eat is chicken poop. I have my fish cleaning station in the chicken pen so I don't have to clean up much afterward. Just rinse it all off to the ground and they do the rest.
