I grew up on this style of rotary chicken tumbled in a basket, and you just don't see many of these attachments any more, kinda hard to find a basket but this is SO GOOD AND SO SIMPLE TOO!

Cut up a whole fryer or chicken breast, marinade a couple hours in Italian salad dressing, thick slice a whole walla walla sweet onion, and tumble.

I sometimes use the Infra Red burner on the BBQ as it makes a firm skin to the chicken while the insides are moist and tender. Cooks quick too. Maybe 30-40 minutes max. Chicken self bastes and with the onions, is AWESOME.

So, if you can find a basket, I highly suggest this method of tumbling chicken.

Basket was understood....but the tumbling got me....realize I'm from the south so............I like the idea though!!

Your chicken looks good.

I remember my Dad had something like that for making roasts on the grill back in the day. I remember him getting upset when the battery powered motor failed because the case melted from the heat and burning the roast.

Wood you could you in a box, wood you could you with a fox?

Like I said, I can remember from the late 60's and 70's my dad doing chicken in a tumbled basket........and MAN is it good with onion and italian dressing marinade. Post your results.
