Man I wish I was at home next to my smoker. Dam that is a huge watermelon. I got 14 more days till I go home. I might have to carry my smoker with me to location so I can smoke for my self and the rig hands. Those ribs look awsome Crazyhorse.

Greetings Mr. Crazyhorse!
Those are some great looking ribs but I'm a little surprised at your selection of rub and sauce. I know Jeff's is good because I occasionally use it too. But being an old sand lapper and knowing of your outstanding mustard base sauce (I have your recipe) I would have thought you might be using it.

Really, I enjoy a lot of sauces and I suspect you do too. I have a really good friend that I practically grew up with who is from Columbia SC. When he comes over, I always have to make a batch of your sauce. He loves it. Then a big batch of hash and we are good to go. And by the way, that's a humongus watermellon! South Carolina's sandy soil is some of the very best for watermellons and canteloupes. Reminds me of when I was a youngster living in Charlotte. We would drive down to Pageland to buy watermellons and canteloupes. They were wonderful.

thanks im glad you like the sauce
i like to use ketchup based sauces for ribs and chicken and save the mustard for pulled pork
