About how many racks of spares can you do on a Chargriller?

My experience is 3-4 if you lay them flat. Double that if you use rib racks.

I got to say, I bought some rib racks for my silver smoker at home depot. The ones they have are made of very flimsy detatchable peices which actually helps because there less bulky than the other racks AND they hold 6 racks each although its tight in there, ive got 11 racks in one smoker minus one where the chimney hits the grate.

Not to hijack this post but I also got the racks from Home Depot and they are compact and will give when loading them to accommodate odd or varied size ribs. My DoubleBarrel Smoker can hold 18 racks of BB's with the HD racks though I've only done 12 racks at one time so far. If you buy the HD racks, you WILL be able to fit more.
