Ok I just found this sight and saw this message and thought I may as well be #37. Unless someone joined before me. I bought a used elec smoker a few weeks ago and cannot seem to let it cool off. I have done several batches of beef jerky, pulled pork, burgers, eggs & green pepper. I have a pork shoulder in brine for more pulled pork this weekend. Also I have a pork loin seasoned and sitting in the fridge for homeade bacon. I will do some sweet corn on the smoker to sitt along side the pulled pork this weekend. Looking forward to learning from this forum.
