First of all, a HUGE thanks to the folks who helped me with my initial smoking issues. Seems my smoker had gotten a little build up, and I was using way to much wood. Problems solved.
So I broke down and smoked up a mess of pork chops last night (No Qview this time around, sorry). WoW... what a difference it makes when you use 1 chunk of wood per 1/2 or so, vs. all wood.
Smoked them for about 3 hrs to get a light flavor on them, then put them in the oven with some sauce for about 15-20 minutes to warm it through...
