Just thought I would share this simple and great Meat Marinade with you all. Was bringing some antelope chops for the boys at work today and was looking for something different... looked at the bottle of Montreal seasoning, and noticed a marinade rec. on the back.... 1/4 cup EVOO, 2 tbsn soy sauce, and 2 tsp montreal seasoning ( doesnt made enough for a # like rec says, I did bout 1 1/2 cups worth)...i didnt have soy so I used worchesteshires instead... marinated for bout 24 hrs. Grilled to med...The chops tasted like a steak house prime cut steaks... I mean really great ...will be using this one for a long time.biggrin.gif
