I saw your picture of the Italian Fatty and I had to comment.  i was with you every step of the way as you expalined each ingredient but when I saw your fatty wrapped in Panchetta i realized I was reading "GREATNESS!

Also after reading through this thread never mind this site I have one thing to say.  "THANK GOD FOR CRESTOR!"   :)

I VOTE FOR AT LEAST AN ANNUAL CONTEST.  tHIS THREAD IS 6 YEARS OLD AND PEOPLE ARE STILL READING AND REPLYING TO IT.

Been reading a few posts and yall make minr look too simple. No pics yet but here is ingredients. 1# ground chicken 1# ground turkey.
6 slices smoked provo.
6-8 thin slices tomatoe
Diced onion
Portabella mushrooms diced
I layer chicken on bottom then ingredients followed lastly by turkey. Smoke about 2 to 2 1/2 hours over mesquite chips at 225. I used peppered bacon first time. Its amazing. Gonna try thick cut bacon next time

Sounds like a nice combo. Where's the q-view? ;)

Just a note, I'd stick to thin cute bacon. The thinner bacon will crisp up better for a nice exterior crunch!
