I know I am only 6 years late to reply but I like to pace myself. lol
I saw your picture of the Italian Fatty and I had to comment. i was with you every step of the way as you expalined each ingredient but when I saw your fatty wrapped in Panchetta i realized I was reading "GREATNESS!
Also after reading through this thread never mind this site I have one thing to say. "THANK GOD FOR CRESTOR!" :)
I VOTE FOR AT LEAST AN ANNUAL CONTEST. tHIS THREAD IS 6 YEARS OLD AND PEOPLE ARE STILL READING AND REPLYING TO IT.

Just a note, I'd stick to thin cute bacon. The thinner bacon will crisp up better for a nice exterior crunch!
really like this idea to use the chicken breast beaten out as an option, time to go quick defrost some chicken breast
This was my first attempt at a fatty... Had never even heard of one until I registered on here about a week ago!!
garlic, provolone, and fetta cheese
mushrooms on the left half, my wife does not like them... 2 pieces of kale and some home made seasoned bread crumbs
spinach, Swiss cheese, red, green, yellow, and orange bell peppers
Cheddar cheese and more bread crumbs
my weak attempt at it all rolled up and weaved, definitely need some practice in that part I hope it stays together ok
Its in the smoker now and will have a few Qview pics to come later on!!
