OK the Qview ain't gonna be great here as I was running late. I brined the turkey overnight then while I was a the grocery store today saw some already rubbed leg quarters on sale and couldn't resist. After brining and washing I injected some herb and garlic into the turkey and the leg quarters. Smoked at 325-350 and used apple chips. Turkey was between 14 and 15 lbs high heat allows bigger birds as they don't spend as much time in the danger zone in my opinion
