Smoked some ribs and a Bratwurst Fatty for a friends party

Fatty was stuffed with Sauerkraut, Onions, Bacon, Swiss Cheese and wrapped in Bacon
Didn't get any pictures of the Fatty sliced

bratwurst and kraut sounds really good. I would have to go with a different cheese though, my wife hates swiss.

looks real good,, how did the fatty taste, did you use plain brats?

Just wrapped the bacon around the fatty the night before and put in Frig. overnight
Wrapped in Saran wrap

Tasted real good.
Used Johnsonville Brats removed casing
