I have always watched the cooking shows on TV about the Barbque and smoking meat. I have always wanted to learn but never had anyone to ask and get me started. I don't have any equipment yet, I am hoping to find out what I need to look for. I am looking for something for my back yard but not too big. I am in the Marines and I move around alot so I have to be able to have it moved.
I have been in the Marines for a little over 14 years now. I am married with two daughters. I like to grill out but my grill was destroyed by the movers on the last move. I look forward to learning from everyone. Thanks in advance.

You found the right place to get started. As for your situation, this might work well...it's what I use and what I got started with. Very versitle which any Marine can appreciate,
