Thawed out a pack of steaks this morning and rubbed with some Big Bob Gibson's. Coated the potatoes in oil and some of Paula Deen's house seasoning (got it as a gift...sure is convenient to have on hand). On the Weber Kettle for about 1.5 hours. Sauced at the end for a few minutes. Very juicy and tender...great lunch.
