this is my fourth attempt at posting these pictures. I think I have them resized to fit now. My daughter got married at the end of May, and they allowed me to cook the vittles. Here are some pictures (I hope). Everything went almost perfect. Looks like I will get to repeat it in July of 09 as my other daughter will be tieing the knot. Hope you all enjoy the pictures as much as I have enjoyed yours.

Menu:
BBQ Brisket
Smoked Ham
Seasoned Green beans
Texas potatoes
7 layer salad
Rolls

Congrats to your daughter!
What are they mixin' with their gloved hands? That looks yum yum!
any chance you share that recipe?? Kinda looks like "funeral potatoes"
thx BBQG

thanks for all the congrats. Yep the first picture is my helper and a future member here. The Knob Creek is for the chef and any one who drops by, but it has also made it into a variety of sauces and merinades. I buy it by the case so there is always plenty around.

those would be Texas potatoes, I guess the could be called funeral potatoes in a differant part of the country. I will be more than happy to share the recipe. right now me and my helper are spending some time together and he just threw watermellon on the floor. Check back I will post it later
