Two split chicken breasts: one pair seasoned with Salt Lick BBQ dry rub, the other with garlic, salt & pepper, and kraft thick n spicy bbq sauce.
Chicken breasts marinated in Cuban Mojo sauce. Then torn up since my wife and kids put them on salads and make sandwiches out of them!
smoked at about 230 degrees for 4 hours or so.
