Hi, my name is Garrett and I currently reside in North Las Vegas, Nevada. I am 21 years old and have always loved grilling but haven't been very serious about it until recently. A few days ago I went to the local store and picked up a Char-Broil American Gourmet Smoker, BBQ, and Grill for 85 USD. It beats the hell out of my old webber picnic grill. While browsing the internet on how to smoke various things (as this is now my new favorite method), I stumbled across this site. What good fortune!

Well i'm off to get some good reading in now, cheers!
