Bacon Cheesebuger Fatty

Thought I would try a cheeseburger fatty today. Sorry, no preliminary pics as the camera was busy. I stuffed this with pepperjack and American cheese. I will post more pics as time goes by. Thanks for looking.

This is 1 hour in. Forgot to mention in original post that I am using pecan chips and lump hickory.

This is the finished product just out of the smoker. The second is the sliced product. I have a 16 year old and an 8 year old that have been waiting since the TBS started flowing. As you can see I couldn't keep them away long enough to get the whole fatty sliced. Thanks for looking. I appreciate any tips or criticism. It will only make the next product better.

Looks great. You gotta try one with blue cheese. Did one last week at my wifes request. The blue cheese seemed to cut down on the richness (even though I know it didn't). A 2 lb'r lasted about 15 min at the poker table.

OOH... that's pretty! Really! The way the bacon lined up... points for presentation! Bet that tasted awesome too... put a slice in a bun... wow.

Nice Smoke.. I had to break out the bifocals to see it :)

You call it cheese burger.. Did you use hamburger or the regular Pork sausage roll?

It was done with normal 80/20 hamburger

Sorry for the confusion, but I wasn't sure what to call it, other than a Fatty.
