Well it's Thursday afternoon and prepping some ribs to cook tomorrow. Not sure how much better they are wrapped over night but after last time I thought why mess with something that worked. Rubbing with Jeff's rub and sitting in fridge over night. Cooking 3-2-1 with apple chips, apple juice in waterpan, and maybe a litte apple buorbon spritz in my MES. Wife thinks I'm crazy for taking pictures of food???????????? Also has any found extra wide saran wrap? More pix to follow.

Looks good. We got 9 slabs, 1 brisket,1 butt, abts, hot links and beans working for today. Good luck with the smoke for the 4th.

My husband also thinks it's crazy me taking pics of food... :) Looks like we're all off to an early start... got 2 slabs, 2 butts and a chuck roast today.

Hope everyone has a great day of smokin'!

Nice! I like to see the family get involved. My youngest likes to help now she's off to Johnson and Wales University for her bachelors in culinary. Her mom and I also both love to cook.

Bamafan - check with restaurant or food supply places for extra wide plastic wrap and aluminum foil... and you can also order from some restaurant supply places online as well.
