This is the best curse I have ever heard of. This is the kind of thing I tell new people about in Roll Call. Ideas that you would have never imagined were it not for the SMF. Glad we have stellar members like you!

The tobasco adds flavor and a hint of heat, but being with the buttermilk it's more of a flavor than heat.

Man that looks good. I really shouldn't read this forum hungry.

I'm now just smoking in my mind, laying plans for the first few things I want to try when I get my smoker (probably an MES), and this really changes things. It had never occurred to me to use the smoker as merely a single step in a longer preparation.

Now I've got more to think about.
