All I can say is wow... tons of great info and Pavlovian pictures to inspire on this site!

OK, so a little about myself...
I'm an aquarius, I like hiking and sunsets... oh wait, not what you want

I consider myself an experienced newb at the smoker. I first started a couple of years ago by borrowing my buddy's smoker and doing up a thanksgiving turkey. It was such a hit that now I am required to to at least one for thanksgiving and last year Christmas as well.

I tried to use my parents' smoker, but I hated the barrel type so I rescued a Brinkman Pit Master from another friends' backyard and have been using it since. Turkeys are my personal favorite, but I've also done my fair share of brisket, sausage, and chicken wings (doing another batch this weekend for 4th of July BBQ).

So yeah... that's about it. Hope to share some of my experiences and leech off of those who obviously have been doing this a lot longer than myself.

Thanx and I'll see about getting some pics on Friday for you all...

Wings!!! OM NOM NOM NOM
