I picked up a two pack of loin ribs ($2.27lb) and a two pack of butts ($1.78lb) from Sam's today. There's only gonna be a few of us here for the 4th so I vacuum sealed one of the butts for later. I'm working from home tomorrow and I'll be smoking the butt then so I won't have to pull an all-nighter Thursday night. It's sitting in the fridge now with an unintentionally modified version of Jeff's rub. I'm planning on using SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce but I don't know if I should put it on tomorrow when I pull it or wait till Friday?
