Yellow mustard base w/ John Henry's Pecan Rub (overnight), and a lil' snap of Memphis-style BBQ seasoning before closing the lid.

About 5/half hours in, temp 150* - grill steady at 230*
(ya see me goin lo-tech on the thermo, old school stylin')

its resting due out @ 830p pdt.
got some drippings for the finishing sauce -

Rested and drained..



Pulled and soaked with SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce, mixed with defatted juices from the braising...



MAN that is some succulent pig!
