Drumstick view!

Here's some q-view of the drumsticks I did today icon_smile.gif.

Skinned them first, rubbed with some evoo and dusted with garlic herb seasoning. After a couple hours in the smoke, sauced with Bullseye and grilled to finish. Smoked with hickory and cherry at 240°.

Rubbed and on the racks.

One hour in. Gave a quick spray of Pam.

Two hours in and ready to sauce and grill.

Grilled and just about done, they were moist and tasty icon_smile.gif.

Ditto on the rack.

PDT_Armataz_01_37.gif I just bought 2 of those racks. I liked the way yours turned out and will try to copy. I plan on removing the wire stands on each end and making new ones longer so I can do hindquarters. What do you guys think about that idea? Happy Smoke Rings from Sedalia, MO.
