The pics are not the best but here they are for the q-view.

I took 10 lbs of 80/20 ground chuck and a 7-8 lb pork butt. Ground them togther a few time so they would be mixed good, added some spices, some high temp cheese.

I smoked them 4 almost 4 hrs, I was pleased with them, They got good flavor to them .

I can't wait to do some more

I got the High temp cheese from work. Working in a meat dept. in a grocery store has it's percks

Great looking summer sausage. I like mine about 2 1/2 inches in diameter for slicing with crackers. I see you like them like brats. Good job.
