Making stuffed meatloaf is a weekly thing around here this summer. Today I made my usual, regular meatloaf recipe, stuffed with red and green bell peppers, smoked ham, fresh (really fresh) mozzarella cheese and pepper jack cheese.
I'm pretty proud of this one as it a pretty big "loaf" (6 lbs. ground meat) and I managed to keep it from splitting anywhere.
Cooked it on my UDS

danbury.......looks great. and with what you stuffed her with has to taste great.

I am not sure what the dif is between a meat loaf stuffed and a fattie is.
and when you mentioned fresh motzerella and went on to say very fresh? do you make cheese?
I think motz is great.

A fattie to my knowledge is breakfast sausage which is usually pork. Meatloaf is beef.
I don't make cheese but where I live there are plenty of places that make cheese (Illinois/Wisconsin border)
