Saturday was me and the Missus' 12th Wedding Anniversary.
Decided to smoke a few things for my wife and close friends.
We had Beef Cubes, 2 Fatties, Scrapple and my first Beer Can Chicken.

Fatty # 1- Chese, Fried Potatoes and Onion bits:




All rolled up with Bacon:




Fatty # 2- Cream Cheese and Spiced Apple Butter!:



Fatty #2- All rolled and ready- sprung a leak though...



Scrapple with Cherry Rub:




Got the fire nice and ready thanks to the mods I learned on this forum. Thank Y'all:

Beer Can Chicken with Lipton Ice Tea instead of Beer:

Fatty # 1 and scrapple:




Fatty #2 was the star of the show as far as tastes go, but it fell apart. Nobody cared though!:

1st of all Happy Anniv. 2nd, that's a good looking spread. A fatty with apple butter. I love that stuff. Going to give that a try. Gotta tell ya, never heard of scrapple before. Had to look that one up. Pork mush? Hmmm, if it's pork, must be good.

Looks awesome

I have a problem with potatoes prepared that way they never stay around long enough to get into the fatty

That chicken looks great too I finally got the holder and will try it hope it comes out looking that good. Oh and tell the wife congrats for putting up with ya so long

My wife got many congrats last week for putting up with me too. Funny how they always get the congrats we can't be that bad can we
