PDT_Armataz_01_18.gif Hey ya'll well after my q-view yesterday I told my wife that we should get a digital cam. , My wife told me that " she forgot to tell me " that she bought one a week or so ago lol.

1 I cut the 9.87 lb pork loin in half

2. Put these seasoning on it .

3. Let it cook in the smoker at 230* for about 3hrs

4. I took it out and and cut it into sandwich slice's

5. Severd it with BBQ sauce and cheese.

It was very good and It stayed really moist, I though since it was pork and smoked it would be dry....wrong we all should have had a bib ! The budweiser went down good with it lol almost nap time now PDT_Armataz_01_18.gif

Props to the wife for always being prepared biggrin.gif ! Looks like the pork loin was a success. What type of wood did you use to kiss that meat?
