Tilapia with Adobo Cream Sauce

Completely weird. Not copying and pasting.

1/4 Cup Mayo
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 TBSP + 2 tsp of Adobo Seasoning ( I use Goya )
2 Tsp Grated Lemon Peel
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 Egg
1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup yellow corn meal
4 (6-8 oz) Tilapia Fillets
2 TBSP Veg Oil
2 TBSP Butter

Adobo Cream Sauce:
Combine Mayo, 2 TBSP Adobo Seasoning, Lemon Peel, Lemon Juice, and 1/2 tsp Salt.

Whisk egg in a shallow bowl.

In another bowl: combine remaining Adobo, flour, cornmeal and remaining salt.

Dip Fillets in Egg and Coat in Cornmeal mixture.

Heat Oil and Butter in a Skillet over Med High Heat.

Saute Fish Fillets 3-4 min, flip and do another 3-4 min.

Top w Adobo Cream Sauce.
