Gassers (stuffed peppers)

I know I have posted this in my fathers feast post. But I just want to make sure that everyone gets a chance to see what I have done. They are truely very very good.

Gassers- Red or green bell peppers stuffed with chili. Now the chili has my sausage mix (about 2lbs), 1 lbs of ground beef, homemade canadian bacon, shrooms, onions, 2 cans of tomato sauce, SAURKRAUT and chili seasoning. Once in the pepper it was topped with Mozza cheese.
THESE BABIES ARE THE BOMB. They were smoked just as long as the abt's. THESE WENT FASTER THAN ANYTHING ELSE ON THE MENU. I think these are a must try.

Oh baby can hardly wait for the weekend. I gonna try some stuff gassers and Japs. Those look and sound great.

I called them Gassers because the kidney beans, Kraut, and cooked peppers all give me gas.

Now with all the ingredients mixed into one dish..........
