I just ran across this in a tailgate magazine and thought it was cool enough to post. Probably would be real handy in a comp for a side dish.

I've been eyeballing these things for awhile and still have not convinced myself that I need one. I have four large burners and several large pots already.....

But that one sure is a nice one.

Well, that's just it too. You can interchange some of your regular DO stuff with it.

Anybody ever tried to make jambalaya in the smoker? I have not, but it's on my list of things to try this summer.

Yeah, I like the looks of that.......but at the price they wanted my current DO collection will have to work.............(aka my wife probably wouldn't let me) LOL
