Hi all I am new to smoking and I got a Smoke Holllow electric....
I got it put together this weekend and seasoned it...
I seasoned it for 5 hours and noticed that the thermometer never got above 250. I know most thermoter are not accurate at all so were can I find a "good" dual probe thermometer? I want a dual probe one for the meat and one for the smoker. the SMF store does not have a dual....
Also after seeing the smoker not go above 250 I amd wonder if I will have problems with temp during the winter. I got the electric over the gas because the electric was double walled and insulated...
Does anyone have expreience with this smoker in cold climates?
Any advice would be appereciated....
