Followed the video to St. Louis Style my ribs. It was lots easier than I thought it would be. They were rubbed and left in the fridge over night. I have them going now with Hickory and a mix of Apple/Cherry (Trying to use up the last of what I have). I will be doing Beans and stuffed shrooms a little later. I will post q-view when I can.
