I smoked up those spares and MAN they were meaty!

I tried my first shot of smoking ribs with plum.
It gave it a good sweet flavor. Much better than cherry IMO.
Jeff's rub the day before and some AJ and Captin Morgan spritz and these turned out great!

Nice smoke ring, looks like plenty of tasty meat on those bones!! I'm trying to tell if your pic of you eating has an expression of pure "YUM this is good" or "I'm so friggin tired that I'm glad to finally eat!".

Ribs are most tasty when fed after generous amounts of alchohol!
