Hello everyone,

I'm tsunami Tommy out of Champaign IL. I look forward to learning a lot from all of you here.

I smoke with a Chargriller SFB. Mostly pork butts, and ribs.

My next conquest will be the brisket. I'm a huge fan of Mike Mills and the 17th Street Bar and Grill. I graduated from Southern Illinois University and Mike's place was right down the road. His book has really helped me out a lot too.

Have fun diving into that brisket...
that brisket it scary...but so easy...read up in here...get Jeffs e-course,,and you will be prepared for the best meat ever!!
