I had got these spares awhile back. I froze them after a meat shopping quest as soon as I got home.
After thawing them I open em up to proceed with the rub.

I flipped them over to remove the membrane when I noticed something real peculiar about them.

There wasn't much bone and a lot of meat. Then I noticed the size of the bones. These look like baby backs cut like a spares.

Either way they look really good and I'm going to eat them like there's no tomorrow!

Don't eat em glued! Cook em up to kill what ever is wrong with them and send them to me ... I'll test them to see what is so peculiar about them

Yea pigs a reall trooper!

If I would have known they were like that I would have bought a few more racks!
