I've been having problems with my GOSM since last years superbowl and thusly haven't used it. It was cold when I was using it then and the valve kept freezing. I tried to fire it up today to get it ready for the Philadelphia Bike Race and the plastic part of the regulator that screws onto the propane bottle broke. I'm not sure what to do at this point. I replaced everything with the regulator ect from a spare grill we had laying around but the output is waaay to high. What do you guys recommend?

take your reg down to a propain shop or coop or something like that and ask for help ....lol that is what i did with my smoke hollow that i would get to hot and i am going to do a test run on it to day.....i payed $15 for a new reg and a neadly valve

yep what he said, mine broke also and i removed the hose from the base and took it to the hardware store and they hooked me up with a new connector

I am not familiar with the GOSM so I am not sure what controls the gas flow.

Most gas grill regulators are set up for 14" WC (water column) which is about 1/2 psi. You should be able to get a new regulator for close to the $15 mentioned (we sell them for $11). If the QCC fitting is what is broken, it should thread into the regulator (unless it is a real cheap setup) & you should be able to buy just the QCC fitting for $5 or $6. otherwise you will need the regulator & the QCC fitting to hook up to the hose. If it is really cheap you may need to buy the hose also, if it is crimped onto the regulator.

Hope this is of some help.
