Hello!!

I saw this mod on http://www.virtualweberbullet.com/moretherm.html and thought it was a great idea.

It will hold 2 - Maverick ET-73 Digital Thermometers

Started with a piece of wood. BHT 13,5 cm X 10 cm X 2cm

Drilled two holes 4cm deep.

Holder is a Weber 1201 Tool Holder

Bend the two center hooks inward

Mount the Thermo holders

Need to paint and maybe put metal between the wood and the WSM.
 
Nice mod my friend, looks real clean. I use wooden blocks with magnets on the backside, and washers on the front. This allows me to place them anywhere without any permanent holes. I originally made them for my Brinkman bullet type smoker.

Very nice.
I got lucky and managed to buy some probe thermometers that had magnets built in (dumb luck).

My DigiQII has it's own mounting plate, but that thing is quite different in sooo many ways.
 
Thanks for the positive comments.

I painted it with High Temp paint and clear coat. Looks good.

Next mod is a rotisserie insert.
