I just received a smoker from Cabela's for an early "Father's Day" gift, compliments from myself. I got the propane model (six racks) so that I can take it elk hunting and do up some ribs for everyone. Does anyone here, own one or know anything about them? I read all the reviews and thought it would work out for me. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
